Description

Dorcas Mwelu is 15 years old and in 6th grade at Kakuswi Special School for the Deaf.  Dorcas began attending Kakuswi in January, 2019.  Dorcas has older siblings in high school.  Her single mother is unemployed which makes it challenging to provide for her family.
